When our neighbours and ourselves were considering Glass Curtains we had both been recommended to use PPS by another neighbour that had Glass Curtains installed by PPS 18 months previous and were delighted with all aspects of the fit. Despite having viewed the installation and seen the high quality of workmanship they work too, I decided to use another company that said they used the same system as PPS but were some 400 euros cheaper, what a mistake to make. The installation time took less than two days and the quality of the fit was shocking and also the glass would not slide or open easily, despite 3 return visits by the company the issues we had never got rectified and to make things worse our neighbours that we originally started looking at Glass Curtains with, went ahead and used PPS to install Glass Curtains for them, two and half days later the difference was clear for all to see. After a year and a half of living with a substandard fit and next door to a perfect fit, we decided to ask PPS if they could help us. As a result they removed the system totally, made good, replaced a number of the component parts and then refitted the existing system to their very high standards. We are now delighted with our installation and cannot thank PPS enough for their help. Please do not make the same mistake as we did, we now understand that quality and perfection takes time and therefore costs a bit more but well worth every euro extra.
